SHIPPING METHODS AND COST

Shipping options may vary depending on the delivery address, the time of your purchase and the availability of the items.

At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the shipping methods available, the cost and the delivery date of your order.

Pick up in our workshop - FREE In 1-2 business days.

Remember that the person who comes to pick up the order only needs to present the purchase confirmation email when they are the buyer. If another person comes in your place, they must present the purchase confirmation email as well as their identification document.

HOME DELIVERY

Orders placed from Monday to Friday.

Standard delivery - 5.95 EUR / FREE FOR ORDERS OVER 80 EUR (applies only to non-discounted items)

The estimated delivery time will range between 1-2 business days, depending on the delivery address.

ORDER TRACKING

From the courier company you will receive 2 SMS, one when your order is on its way and the other SMS when it is being delivered.

Also from "My account" entering HISTORY AND DETAILS OF MY ORDERS you will find the tracking number which in turn is the link to the status of the package in real time.

If you have made the purchase as a registered user, you can modify the delivery address by accessing the details of your order from your account; as long as the status of the order allows it.

Remember that to collect your order you need to present an identification document. If the person who comes to pick up the order is different from the one who bought it, they will need to present a written authorization and a copy of the buyer's ID.

Keep in mind that deliveries are made only on working days.

ORDER STATUS

You will receive updates on the status of your order by email.

These are the states through which your order will pass

- Purchase made: you have successfully completed the purchase of your order.

- In preparation: your order is being prepared in the warehouse.

- Sent: the order has already left our facilities.

- Delivered to customer: you have already received your order.
