HOW TO RETURN

You have 30 days from the date of shipment of your order to return the purchase of mariaceramica.com Items must keep all the labels and be in perfect condition.

How can you access your purchase ticket?

 Enter your account and log in with your username and password. In the detail of the order that you want to return, you will have the option to access your electronic receipt.

How to request a refund?

Returns are always free.

You can request the return from your account in the History and details of my orders section. and once the return is approved by mariaceramica.com you will receive an email telling you to print a document which you must insert into the package. You no longer need to do anything else.

We will notify the carrier so that he will pick up the package in 24/48 hours at the same address where it was delivered to you.

Remember that you have to send the items you want to return within 30 days from the date of shipment of your purchase, before the return period expires.

Refund
